Your Office Rental, Step by Step

We've made renting a professional workspace simple and stress-free. Whether you need an office for an hour, a full day, or longer, here's what to expect:

  1. Choose Your Space

    Browse our available private offices, flexible workspaces, and conference/meeting room to find the space that best fits your needs.

  2. Select Your Date & Time

    Choose the date, start time, and length of your rental. Availability is confirmed before your reservation is finalized.

  3. Complete Your Rental Agreement

    Review and sign our simple office rental agreement, including building guidelines, cancellation policies, and renter responsibilities.

  4. Submit Payment

    Complete payment for your reservation. Once your agreement and payment are received, your office is officially reserved.

  5. Receive Your Confirmation & Arrival Instructions

    We'll provide your reservation confirmation along with instructions for where to enter, parking, accessing your office, Wi-Fi, restrooms, kitchenette, and other available amenities.

  6. Arrive & Settle In

    Come in at your scheduled rental time and enjoy your prepared workspace. Your office will be clean, decorated, and ready for you, your clients, or your team.

  7. Enjoy the Amenities

    During your stay, enjoy Wi-Fi, restroom access, the nearby kitchenette, and the convivence of the Eldritch Bastion game shop next door for snacks, drinks, board games and card games.

  8. Simple Check-Out

    At the end of your reservation, gather your belongings, leave the space in reasonable condition, and follow the provided check-out instructions. We'll take care of preparing the office for the next guest.
